Quantum for Climate and Sustainability Workshop
GE Global Research was hosting a workshop, sponsored by the National Science Foundation’s The Convergence Accelerator Program, to gather top quantum and climate change experts from government, industry, academia, and other non-profit and philanthropic organizations to explore the near-term potential benefits quantum computing could bring to sustainability and addressing climate change. This was an opportunity to frame ideas and assist the NSF in developing topics to be funded.
Successful events are supported by the creation of professional marketing materials across a variety of mediums including digital, print, and web. Our first task was to create a brand for the workshop that could be used on all communications. GE Global Research needed a website for the workshop where potential attendees could learn more details and eventually register for the event. To give the event a sense of credibility and draw interest from subject matter experts, the website designed incorporated the aspects of quantum computing, climate and sustainability.
Support was also given for the workshop’s signage, agendas, presentations, web site hosting and CMS training.
